Initial D 5th stage episode one summary.

From what we can see in the first episodes intro is a couple of new cars coming in to the battle. Some of them are: Nissan Fairlady Z32, LanEvo 8/9, highly Modified S15, Second Gen Mazda Miata, Toyota MR-2 (W30) which is the never model than the SW20 we saw in previous stages, There is an JZA80 Supra, Honda NSX and in a fraction of a second we can see a Trueno coupe on the same background we saw Takumi's 86 Hatch in the first stages intro. We also can see that Takahashi Ryosuke's FC has come under heavy visual change, spoilers, body, bonnet etc. and so has the Nakazato's R32. Not to spoil the whole episode I will let you watch the thing yourself, you can find the subbed version in the previous post. Enjoy!

Update on Initial D

There is the first episode, this time with English subtitles. If you cannot see the subs you need to turn on the capitions.

Initial D 5th Stage to premiere November 5

Interesting season which will put an end to the year.

Today a small official website of the upcoming TV series Initial D Fifth Stage unveiled its release date will be in Japanese screens on November 9, although exclusively transmitted by the service "pay-per-view" of the channel Animax. The first couple of episodes will be available at the price of 840 yen (about $ 11), and the remaining will do so in a format similar to the second Friday of each month.

Announced since late last month, Fifth Stage is the first adaptation in about six years of the famous manga of street racing Shuuichi Shigeno, which debuted in 1995 and has 45 volumes to date.

As additional data, it has been confirmed that the group will move to take over the Opening and the Ending of the anime. They are responsible for most songs of the previous TV series and movie, work for which he is best known (although it had been involved in things like Ikkitousen or Final Fantasy Unlimited)
